Price Match Policy

If you've found a cheaper price with one of our competitors, send us a price match request by filling in the form below and we'll let you know if we can match it or beat it. You can alternatively call us on 021 162 3665.

All price match requests are at the discretion of Light Tech LED.
We reserve the right to decline any request.

The product a price match is requested for must be identical to the model we have in stock.

The product must be brand new and physically in stock with the competitor and located in New Zealand.

Excludes (in most situations) trade and special quotes, items on finance and stock liquidations. However, we may be able to do something with these prices, so feel free to try and we'll let you know.

We must be able to verify the competitor's price and stock position, normally via their website or a photo of the price card in a store. We suggest sending a link any webpage being referred to when filling out the request form.
