RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY


To choose either a store credit, a different product, or a full refund, customers must contact us via email or call within 14 calendar days of purchase. The 14-day hassle free returns policy applies to products bought by customers online on this website.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Money is refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged or contact about the return is initiated after 14 calendar days have passed, the item won't be eligible to be returned unless it falls under the general returns policy.

The product or products must be undamaged and in a resellable condition.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns for faulty products. In which case we'll provide a replacement product.

Any faulty products should be returned to us by the customer within the warranty period.

Due to the long length of some warranties and products being upgraded to newer versions over time. Should the exact version of the product purchased not be available from our suppliers, we will provide a version of the same style of light of similar value that is available at the time as a replacement.

Warranties:

Warranties for products purchased apply, in the unlikely event the product is faulty within the specified warranty period. In which case a replacement product will be offered.

If installation and workmanship are purchased through Light Tech LED in addition to the product, in the unlikely event of a product being faulty, we can provide the electrical labour to accompany the replacement, as concluded reasonable by Light Tech LED.
